MINTSONIC V-LIFT Limited Warranty
For product purchased at www.mintbiology.com, MINTBIOLOGY will replace your originally purchased item within one year of the shipping confirmation date if it is found to be defective in materials or function. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser. Please save your shipping confirmation as proof of the date of shipment. Proof of purchase is required even in cases where your item was a gift.
You are required to pay for the return postage for the defective unit. Electronic units will be evaluated by our service center. If your unit is repairable, it will be serviced and shipped back to you. If your unit is not repairable, MINTBIOLOGY will cover the cost to reship and replace your unit with a new unit. If a unit is returned and is determined to be functioning correctly, it will be returned to you.

Warranty Exchanges for 3rd Party purchases (Items Not Purchased Directly Through MINTBIOLOGY)
Please provide proof of purchase with a date from your third party vendor. Any warranty exchange will require an approval from MINTBIOLOGY.
What is NOT covered under warranty
- Damage caused by misuse - submersion in water, abuse, neglect, alterations, or dropping the product.
- Normal wear and tear including chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration or fading
- Broken brush head tips are considered damage to the product and are not covered under warranty.
